It doesn’t matter who you are, what you eat, how much money you have in the bank or how old you are, there are just some things you cannot escape. For example, even the Queen of England is prone to a debilitating headache.
But whilst there are thousands of tried and tested methods out there which promise to banish such a problem, it’s very rare that they actually work and if they do, they can take quite a while to kick in.
Whilst some may swear by an elaborate method which requires expensive materials and a great deal of patience, others rely on the simpler alternative: painkillers.
At the end of the day, not everyone has bucket loads of cash to throw at quirky treatments, so a simple sip of water and a sugar-coated ibuprofen tablet does the job perfectly.
However, whilst a cocktail of pills is guaranteed to free you from the pain and allow you to continue with your day, there is reportedly another way, one which doesn’t involve any pharmaceuticals.
Given this modern world’s love of all things natural, from vegan foods to raw beauty products, there is a high demand for alternative medicine which can really see results without the need for any drugs to enter the body.
Thus, many are now claiming to have discovered remedies to simple ailments which are free from any form of insidious medicine.
One particular remedy has been discovered by YouTuber Kamil, from Kamil’s view, who uses his channel to promote his natural solutions to common issues – such as insomnia and how to overcome your fears.
His latest discovery is how to get rid of a headache in two minutes, and it’s going viral online after hundreds of people tried it and found that it worked for them.

According to Kamil, who has 54,000 subscribers on his channel, the best way to get rid of a headache is to ask yourself three simple questions.
In the video, which currently has 1.7 million views, Kamil repeats the three questions over and over again. “I’m going to ask you a few questions, and I will ask you those questions a few times,” he says. “Every time I ask you the question I really want you to have a look and answer the question.”
He then asks the viewer to think about their headache, before asking: “Where is your headache?”
He then follows this with: “What color is it?” and “What shape is it?”
After repeating the questions four times, he says: “By now it should be gone.”
The peculiar method may seem like a crack-pot alternative, but hundreds of people are claiming it has helped them.
Besides, it costs nothing to give it a go, so what’s the harm in trying it out?
Maybe it could change the way you live your life if it works for you! If it doesn’t, then it’s probably best to stick to the paracetamol.
